Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and legally on highways and local routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (Class A preferred).
- Current Medical Card and valid DOT physical on file.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations or DUIs.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
