As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cargo across Ohio and connecting regions. If you have a Class A or Class B license and a clean driving record, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans in a safe, legal, and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route updates and delivery schedules.
- Uphold the company's high standards for customer service and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or Class B) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to safety.
