Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and maintain driver qualification files (DQF).
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery details.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
