Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes within Texas
- Load/unload freight with precision and adhere to all safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adapt to changing schedules and optimize route efficiency
- Represent Austin Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Texas highway systems and traffic regulations
