Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles while adhering to DOT regulations
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Deliver freight to Bay Area locations with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Load/unload cargo using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Uphold company safety standards and zero-accident policy
- Communicate professionally with clients at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with CA-1 route and Bay Area traffic patterns
- Basic GPS navigation and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability for early morning starts
