Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) across designated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance requirements
- Load/unload cargo efficiently using appropriate equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of NM highway systems and delivery protocols
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
