Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on strict timelines
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Navigate Florida's highways and urban areas efficiently
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes and delays
- Represent Express Logistics with professional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Florida traffic laws and routes
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
