Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/trailers) on weekend routes across TN, MS, AR, and AL
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and pre/post-trip inspection protocols
- Efficiently manage loading/unloading operations with warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging system records
- Provide exceptional customer service during route execution and delivery confirmations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and priority handling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and regional highway systems
- Flexibility for early weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday)
