Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on intercity and local routes.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and safety procedures.
