Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload freight with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company policies
- Maintain clean driving record and zero-tolerance for safety violations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years history)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (required for some routes)
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills and route knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work variable hours
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
