Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and route optimization
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Ensure on-time delivery of freight in pristine condition
- Represent Prime Transportation with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of mountain driving and winter conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
- DOT medical certification required
