Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries within Texas
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
- Secure cargo and handle loading/unloading when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas highway systems and delivery zones
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Basic mechanical aptitude for roadside inspections
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
