Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) on assigned routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety policies
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and load/unload procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain clean driving record and logbook accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional overnight travel
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
