Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations.
- Perform rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo with precision, ensuring cargo security and integrity.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and paperwork for audit readiness.
- Navigate complex Seattle routes and traffic patterns with expert-level driving skills.
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules and resolve any routing issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
