Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) to transport goods to and from various destinations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation in strict adherence to DOT regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients and warehouse personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Previous experience in truck driving or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
