Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and documentation as required by law.
- Provide excellent customer service by following delivery instructions accurately.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any vehicle issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
