Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across the Southeast
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Knowledge of Jacksonville metro area and I-95 corridor
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
