Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry vans) within designated Pacific Northwest routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight to distribution centers and commercial facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Washington State commercial vehicle regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with occasional holiday availability
