Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for weekend deliveries across Michigan and neighboring states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain flawless driving records
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Handle freight documentation and verify shipment integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Michigan roadways and logistics regulations
