As a CDL Driver on our weekend team, you will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain moving. We provide the equipment, the training, and the support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and tractor-trailers to deliver freight on time and within budget.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Accurately complete logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) entries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) available for inspection.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and cargo securement.
