Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend delivery routes across Georgia and Florida
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols during all transit operations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Document trip logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports accurately
- Maintain professional communication with clients and warehouse personnel
- Support cross-state operations between Atlanta and Florida distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of Georgia/Florida highway systems and delivery regulations
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred
