Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries and local routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance documentation
- Load/unload freight with precision using provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Support warehouse operations during peak weekend hours when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of Baltimore metro area geography
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
