Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) during weekend shifts
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate mileage logs
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Secure cargo and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metro area and regional highways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
