Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles across Pennsylvania and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo with precision using industry-standard equipment
- Optimize delivery routes while adhering to strict time schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients using digital tracking systems
- Maintain pristine driving record and adhere to all FMCSA regulations
- Participate in monthly safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years experience)
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
- Proven ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and route navigation apps
- Strong problem-solving skills for unexpected route challenges
- Weekend availability with flexibility for occasional holiday shifts
