Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries within San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries while optimizing routes for efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Secure cargo properly and ensure compliance with all transportation laws
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with San Francisco geography and Bay Area delivery routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
