Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and on schedule
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes in the Baltimore metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Maryland roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
