Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Handle loading/unloading with proper equipment operation
- Represent company through professional customer interactions
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle defects promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations (past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of LA metro area and surrounding regions
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
