Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload freight accurately and securely to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify mechanical safety and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 5 years.
- Current DOT medical card and physical capability to pass DOT standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
