Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles in urban and highway environments
- Execute time-sensitive deliveries with 99.8% on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and real-time updates
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and zero-tolerance safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
