Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van & flatbed) following DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong navigation abilities (GPS proficiency)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
