Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and secure cargo according to safety regulations and weight limits.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving.
- Willingness to undergo our paid training program for new drivers.
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
- Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication.
