Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while prioritizing safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and load management
- Handle secure transportation of diverse freight including refrigerated and dry van loads
- Represent company values through professional customer interactions at delivery points
- Participate in ongoing safety training and regulatory compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) and GPS navigation systems
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and hazmat endorsement preferred
- Strong time management skills with ability to work flexible schedules
- Physical capability to secure loads and perform manual handling tasks
- Resident of Fresno or willing to relocate immediately
