Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Texas and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Accurately maintain electronic logs, delivery documentation, and freight records
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging device (ELD) systems
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 23 years old with no major moving violations in past 3 years
