Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight across designated routes in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with precision and care
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time tracking and performance reporting
- Adhere to all federal/state regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
- HAZMAT certification preferred
