Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for regional and long-haul routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Manage delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipments
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with Hours of Service (HOS) rules
- Represent the company professionally in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Arizona roadways and traffic laws
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
