Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in Seattle metro and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent Northwest Logistics with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Seattle metro area traffic patterns and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Pass background check and TSA security clearance
