Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across San Francisco and Bay Area routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes while managing delivery schedules and timelines
- Load/unload shipments with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery status and resolve route discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of San Francisco/Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
