Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) on regional routes within North Carolina
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent the company professionally with all clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of North Carolina highway systems
- HazMat endorsement preferred
