Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local and regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining accurate delivery records
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle appearance and maintenance logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Adapt to changing schedules and route conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Oregon/Washington traffic regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
