We're seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to operate our modern fleet of dry vans and reefers. This full-time position includes dedicated regional routes with home time guarantees, ensuring work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Arizona and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting all findings
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD) in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload freight efficiently while adhering to company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Participate in continuous safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and FMCSA regulations
- Strong defensive driving skills and hazard recognition abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Flexibility for regional travel and occasional overnight stays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
