Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner at all times.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and prevent breakdowns.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo security and preventing damage.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and adhere to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and DOT regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Current Medical Certificate (DOT Physical) and valid DOT Drug Screen.
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
