Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers (Class A) safely and efficiently on highways and local routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery times using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid CDL Class A License (Commercial Driver's License).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check, and physical exam.
- No experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
