Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local/regional routes
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance before and after trips
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Perform minor preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (minimum 1 year clean driving record)
- No prior CDL experience required – we provide training!
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL (paid training provided)
