Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated routes
- Inspect and maintain trucks in compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Basic math skills for weight and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility for early mornings and some overnight trips
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain (if required)
