Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/vans) within Seattle and surrounding regions
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent Pacific Fleet Logistics professionally at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation and inventory
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work
