Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently in accordance with traffic laws.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring weight distribution and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining a professional image.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding status and delays.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record and passing background check required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
