Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks, tankers, or flatbeds) for local/regional routes
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Complete on-the-job training modules for skill development
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Must be 21+ years old
