Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, tractor-trailers) to transport goods across designated routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's Permit (CDL) OR commitment to obtain within 30 days
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
