Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for freight delivery across Georgia
- Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Represent the company professionally at all client locations
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or commitment to obtain through our training program
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
