Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and traffic laws during transit
- Load/unload cargo with precision and care using provided equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for each shipment
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills for documentation
- Flexibility for irregular schedules and overnight trips
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety compliance
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
